By visiting our website, registering for any course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and clients of RadVall Group.

RadVall Group provides the following services through its two divisions:

• Weekend Bootcamp: Live online sessions via Zoom, conducted every Saturday & Sunday, 10AM–1PM
• 4-Day Workshop: Intensive deep-dive training covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing
• All training sessions are conducted online and are accessible from any city across India

• Business Website development on WordPress platform
• Landing Page design for high-conversion marketing campaigns
• E-Commerce Store setup with full online shop functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have a valid phone number and email address for communication
• Have access to a stable internet connection for online training sessions
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

By registering, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• RadVall Group does not store any card, UPI, or banking credentials
• In case of a failed transaction where your account is debited, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days by your bank
• Seat confirmation for training batches is on a first-come, first-served basis

• Before batch start: Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the first session
• After batch start: No refund once the first session has been attended
• Missed sessions: No refund for sessions missed due to personal reasons; however, a recording may be shared at our discretion
• Technical issues on our end: If a session is cancelled by us, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost

• A non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate any development project
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion and client approval
• Refunds are not applicable once development work has commenced
• Any disputes regarding deliverables will be resolved through mutual discussion

As a user or student of RadVall Group, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Attend sessions on time and maintain respectful conduct during live training
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute any training content without prior written permission
• Not share your login credentials or access links with any third party
• Not copy or reproduce website deliverables for use outside the agreed scope of work
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during website development projects to avoid delays

You must not engage in any of the following:

• Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing our training materials, course content, or website designs
• Using our platform or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Uploading or sharing any harmful, offensive, or misleading content through our communication channels
• Impersonating RadVall Group or any of its team members
• Using automated bots or scrapers on our website

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our services without any refund.

All content on radvallgroup.com — including but not limited to course materials, training videos, slides, website designs, graphics, text, and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of RadVall Group.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent
• Website deliverables created for clients become the property of the client only after full payment is received
• RadVall Group retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RadVall Group shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from training outcomes
• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms such as Zoom, Razorpay, or internet service providers
• Delays in website development caused by the client's failure to provide required content or approvals on time

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to deliver high-quality training and development services, RadVall Group does not guarantee:

• Specific income, business results, or career outcomes from our training programs
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or online sessions
• That our training content will meet every individual's specific business requirements

Results from our training programs depend on each student's individual effort, application, and market conditions.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms including Zoom, Razorpay, Google, Meta, and others. These links are provided for convenience only. RadVall Group is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. We encourage you to review their terms before using their services.

RadVall Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
