At RadVall Group, we are committed to providing quality training and website development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our services. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Online Training Programs β Refund Rules
The following refund rules apply to all RadVall Skills training programs including the Weekend Bootcamp and 4-Day Workshop:
Before the Batch Starts
- 48+ hours before first session: Full refund will be processed β no questions asked
- Less than 48 hours before first session: No refund will be applicable as seat allocation and preparation have already been completed
After the Batch Starts
- Once you have attended the first session, no refund will be issued under any circumstances
- If you miss a session due to personal reasons, no refund or credit will be provided; however, a session recording may be shared at our discretion
- If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us β we will try to accommodate you in the next available batch
Note: Enrollment fee for training programs is βΉ499 (Weekend Bootcamp) and βΉ4,999 (4-Day Workshop). These are final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Website Development Services β Refund Rules
The following refund rules apply to all RadVall Develop services including Business Websites, Landing Pages, and E-Commerce Stores:
Before Work Commences
- A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30β50% of the total project cost) is required before any work begins
- If you cancel the project after paying the advance but before any work has started, the advance amount will not be refunded
- If RadVall Group is unable to start the project within the agreed timeline, the full advance will be refunded
After Work Has Started
- No refund will be issued once development work has commenced
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion and your final approval
- If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost within the agreed scope
- Disputes regarding deliverables will be resolved through mutual discussion and good faith
Note: Website ownership is transferred to the client only after full and final payment has been received.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have attended one or more training sessions
- You did not attend sessions due to personal reasons, poor internet connection, or device issues
- You changed your mind after the 48-hour cancellation window has passed
- The advance payment for any website development project has been paid
- Website development work has already commenced
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information during enrollment or project briefing
- You violated our Terms & Conditions

Session Cancellation by RadVall Group
In the rare event that RadVall Group cancels or postpones a training session or batch:
- You will be informed at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email
- The session will be rescheduled to the next available date at no extra cost
- If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be processed
- In case of technical failures on our end (platform outage, connectivity issues), the session will be repeated or rescheduled

Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but your bank account has been debited:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source by your bank within 5β7 business days
- This is handled entirely by Razorpay and your bank β RadVall Group does not hold these funds
- If the refund does not reflect after 7 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us with your transaction reference number
Important: A failed transaction does not confirm your enrollment. Please complete payment again to secure your seat.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate an eligible refund request, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 80581 54254 or email at info@radvallgroup.com
- Step 2: Mention your full name, enrolled course or service, payment date, and reason for refund request
- Step 3: Share your payment transaction ID or screenshot as proof of payment
- Step 4: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond accordingly
- Step 5: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved by RadVall Group:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3β5 business days
- Debit Card: 5β7 business days
- Credit Card: 7β10 business days (may reflect in next billing cycle)
- Failed transaction auto-refund: 5β7 business days (processed by bank)
Refund timelines are subject to your bank's processing times and are outside RadVall Group's control once initiated.
